Goal Tracking and Analysis: an Important Part of Social Media Strategy

I'm playing a bit of "devil's advocate" in this video suggesting that Twitter or Facebook might not be right for some organizations, but my main point is that you need to be tracking stats on the back end to know where your social media energies are best spent.

I'm going to go update the SocialDevCampEast wiki page now to suggest this as a topic...
